Cancellation policy

Less than 24 hours notice - you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.

No show - will be charged full price for their treatment and may not be able to rebook until payment is made.

Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment to make sure I can complete the whole treatment you have booked in for.

Late arrivals

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, I may not be able to complete the full treatment, but it could be possible that I can provide a shorter treatment with whatever time is left - this can be discussed as required.

If you arrive over 15 minutes late, payment will be required in full and you will need to re-book as there will not be enough time to complete your treatment.
